Verified
Mill Test Certificate (EN 10204 type 3.1) with heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties from mill. Heat number marked on each piece > 50 mm cross-section.
When to use
Production parts, internal QA requirements
Verified-without-MTC
Where mill MTC isn't available (some imported / trader stock), Tikshara-issued PMI report (XRF or OES, NABL lab).
When to use
Where heat-number traceability isn't required but composition must be verified
Aerospace-grade
MTC (3.1 or 3.2) + NABL-lab PMI + dimensional inspection report + optional UT, grain-flow analysis, microstructure evaluation, FAI on request.
When to use
Aerospace, defense, OEM-audited components
Lab & Certification Stack
All testing is performed by NABL-accredited independent third-party laboratories. Results are traceable, tamper-evident, and issued under laboratory stamp.
